Financial Disclosure

In keeping with the trust that community residents bestow upon us, the Granville Foundation complies with all applicable federal and state financial disclosure and reporting requirements.  To assure against conflicts of interest, all directors are required annually to disclose the names of all organizations they serve in an official capacity.  Similarly, as a non-profit organization we regularly have filed Form 990 with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.  Our most recent filing appears below.
